Sebastian is a friendly pinecone Fran encounters in Chapter 4 in the graveyard tool shed. He's supposedly a "collector" for the Pinezeelous tribe, and asks Fran to bring some shiny leather so the tribe can prepare for their mating ritual. He is friends with another pinecone named Fabio.
