King Ziar is the King of Ithersta. He helps Fran Bow Dagenhart in Chapter 3 when she turns into a tree.

He is a medium height root with a stout body. His legs and arms are slender. His face resembles that of an old man. His eyes are small, and his nose is long. He has smile lines on either side of his mouth.
